Career ReSet
Are you in-between employment, not achieving your full work potential, seeking a change in career, or returning from a work hiatus?
We can help! If you’re 30 years of age or over and looking for new employment, Career ReSet can assist and support you in a group setting through effective job search strategies, providing renewed confidence, and keeping you motivated.
In this program you will:
- Explore your options
- Create an employment action plan
- Identify areas of need in the workforce
- Recognize your existing credentials
- Market your skills and experience
- Develop competitive job search documents
- Prepare for your next interview
- Connect with employers
- Enhance your computer skills
To find out if Career ReSet is right for you, consider the following:
- Am I available to commit to 30 hours per week Monday-Friday for 6-7 weeks?
- Am I committed to finding work?
- Am I ready to start work right away?
- Am I over the age of 30 with work experience?
Participants receive 30 hours of instruction per week for 6 weeks (7 weeks if you opt to attend the Digital Skills Launch course).
Participants may be eligible for the Provincial Education and Training Incentive (ETI).
