
Blueberry Mango with Pumpkin Seeds Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies are a great way to start your day, but sometimes just aren’t enough to keep you feeling full throughout your morning. Chia seeds and pumpkin seeds are high in Omega 3 fats and can aid in making you feel full longer!
Blueberry Mango with Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/3-1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon pumpkin seeds
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you want add a scoop of protein powder to this smoothie!
