Hello, I’m Val Kirk, a personal trainer and aerobic instructor at the YWCA. With over 30 years of experience in exercise programming, group fitness instruction, and personal training, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help individuals reach their fitness goals. Throughout my career, I have earned numerous certifications that allow me to offer a diverse range of classes and personalized training programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. My primary mission is to inspire and empower others to believe in themselves and gain the confidence to move no matter where they are in their fitness journey. I firmly believe that with dedication, support, and the right guidance, anything is possible. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to challenge yourself in new ways, I’m here to help you take that first step, overcome obstacles, and achieve your personal best.
