Hello, my name is David Diakuw and I am the Customer Service Advisor at the YWCA

I open the fitness centre at 5:30 every morning for people who like to work out early. To me, the CSA title means customer satisfaction achiever. Fitness on 25th is the face of the YWCA and our front desk team assists all customers. Supporting the crisis shelter and focusing on health, we set a great direction for everyone including ourselves at work.
