How it works:
When you plan a social event – whether it’s a luncheon, backyard barbeque, a book club meeting, coffee party or a festive occasion – you can have fun and help other women and children in our community by collecting donations for YWCA Saskatoon.
We need YOU!
The YWCA shelter is the largest and most comprehensive shelter in the province. Approximately 1000 women and children use the shelter annually. Most are trying to escape domestic violence. The YWCA offers more than a safe place. It offers solutions. YWCA Saskatoon’s services to women include professional counseling, employment counseling, diet and exercise counseling and parenting classes.
YWCA cannot do all of this without community support and that’s why we need you.
