Our computer lab is a Community Access Program (CAP) site and free to use if you need to access the internet, type a document in Word or make a poster in Publisher. The lab is open Monday to Friday and is conveniently located in downtown Saskatoon, next to Kinsmen Park. We have free parking and Saskatoon Transit drops you within a block of our front door.

Eight well equipped workstations with Windows XP allows us to offer Microsoft Office 2007 word and excel among many other Microsoft office 2007 classes. High speed office enables us to provide guided internet training which complements our computer basics course for beginning computer users.  The YWCA computers also have FasType a typing tutorial program to assist new using in developing keyboarding skills or help seasoned professionals refine their skills.

Computer classes are led by a facilitator and have a 1:8 teacher:student ratio. Plenty of course time options with classes offered in mornings and evenings.
