Have an Active Weekend at Fitness on 25th: Smoothie Saturday

Fitness on 25th will be serving Smoothie Samplers in the Weight Room this Saturday. Energize your workout with 1 of 2 (or both) Smoothie Recipes:

Mango and Banana:

-1 cup orange juice
-1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
-1 cup frozen mangoes
– 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped (about 4 or 5)
-1 large ripe banana

Triple Berry:

– 1/4 cup blackberries frozen
– 1/4 cup raspberries frozen
– 5 strawberries, chopped
– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 2 tablespoons liquid honey
