GET READY TO WORK IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY – ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Are you a motivated individual with an eye for customer service? Have you considered a career in the hospitality industry? Take the quiz and see if the hospitality industry is right for you!

YWCA Essential Skills for Employment is a work-readiness program designed to help you start your career in hospitality. We provide customer service training, interview and resume workshops, tours and work placements with local hotels, and the skills employers look for when hiring.

Participants spend 5 weeks in class (Beginning week of February 16th, 9:00AM-12:00PM) and 3 weeks at a work placement (March 21st-April 8th).
