Fred has had a love for fitness since he was a child, from swimming, to track, to basketball. Fred has had a lot of experience in the field of fitness. He has now been a personal trainer for 7 years with experience in working with individuals with MS and training international athletes, weight loss, strength training, functional fitness, boot camps, etc. Fred’s high energy will get you motivated to achieve your personal fitness goals.
Val has been in the fitness field for a total of 33 years. Of those 33 years she has seen equipment come and go, diets that do not work or they promise things that are not safe for the health of individuals; cleanses that are utterly not necessary, etc.. That is why she became a personal trainer. As a Personal Trainer/Personal Trainer Specialist Val has developed a unique sense of how to achieve an individual’s goal or goals by getting back to the basics of fitness and why they work. She am presently working on achieving the CSEP Certification and looks forward to helping you on your path to a better, healthier you!
Mallory convocated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, specializing in the Exercise and sports stream. She is currently certified through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and has been since 2011. By building a solid foundation from the beginning with the proper instruction and focus on correct form and technique, Mallory feels she is able to give her clients the knowledge to achieve the goals they have set for themselves and more. Mallory has been working with Fitness on 25th for over three years and usually can be seen in the gym either working or working out!
Bridget completed a degree in Kinesiology, with a minor in business, at the U of S. She is a Certified CSEP Personal Trainer, Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist, a Beach Body Insanity Instructor, and a YWCA Encore Breast Cancer Coordinator. She plans to become a certified Exercise Physiologist in the future. She has experience working with a wide variety of individuals to better their personal fitness though personal training, the First Step Program, teaching fitness classes, the Encore Breast Cancer Program, Kinesiology, sports, and many life experiences. Bridget hopes to help as many as she can with their own personal health and fitness goals so that they may live a healthy and happy lifestyle. Her love of Ukrainian dance, track, Yoga, basketball, Pilates, aerial silks and running inspired her to become a Kinesiologist and Personal trainer.
Nima played basketball at competitive level and earned 2 gold and 3 silver medals. He was nominated to join Iran University Sports Federation Basketball All-Iranian Camp in 2005. After his injury, he fulfilled his growing passion for the game of basketball through training and coaching athletes.
While studying Sports Management in Australia, Nima continued coaching and earned another gold medal as a head coach. After being registered with Australia Sports Commission (ASC) and contributing in a national athlete development program in Australia, he could take his coaching career to the next level. Nima started personal training primarily for competitive athletes. Soon after, he developed an integrated exercise and nutrition program aiming at preventing and controlling Cardiovascular Diseases (CVDs). He also designed a fitness assessment program for Fire Service Department of Tehran which is practicing at the moment.
Nima completed CanFitPro course and got entitled as Certified Personal Trainer Specialist in Canada!
