Hi,

My name is James Smith, I’m an employee of the Fitness Department as a Customer Service Representative and will be celebrating my 2nd year here in December.

As a CSR, we are the initial contact for those seeking to use the services that are available at the YWCA and The Village. It’s a role that requires us to learn the many aspects associated with this front-line position. To date, it has been a tremendous learning experience and I look forward to continuing to strive to provide the best possible service that I can.
